  • Authority and Duties: Defining the roles and responsibilities of governing bodies.
  • Interim Governance: Establishing temporary governance structures until a permanent constitution is adopted.
  • Security: Ensuring the safety and security of the Zomi people.

  • Mobilization and Operation: Organizing and executing plans for the Zomi community.
  • Amendment and Miscellaneous: Procedures for making amendments and handling other matters.
  • Ratification: The process for approving and adopting the charter.
