ZDF Contributes 10 Million Kyats for Road Reconstruction After Landslide and Flood

A recent natural disaster, a landslide, and a flood devastated the road between Tedim and Kalay, leaving the community needing assistance. The Zogam Development Fund (ZDF) has stepped forward with a generous contribution of 10 million kyats to aid in reconstructing this vital infrastructure. This significant donation underscores ZDF’s commitment to supporting rebuilding and restoration efforts and ensuring the road is once again accessible to the community.

In addition to ZDF’s efforts, ZomiPress has learned that the PDF Zoland has also participated in the reconstruction project.

ZDF has further emphasized its openness to partnerships with individuals or organizations willing to join this crucial project. Recognizing the ongoing humanitarian need, ZDF acknowledges that similar events may occur, necessitating substantial resources and local contributions for effective relief and humanitarian work. The fund’s inclusive approach aims to foster a collective effort in addressing and mitigating the impact of such disasters on the community.
