The Zogam Development Fund (ZDF) was established during the Zomi Forum held from July 5-6, 2024. This forum was organized by the Political Affairs Committee (PAC) of the Zomi Innkuan USA National Conference. The formation of ZDF followed discussions on the well-being of the Zomi people, their land, and their political future.
Vision The vision of ZDF is to foster peace, cooperation, safety, security, and trust to achieve holistic development of body, mind, and soul in Zogam and among the Zomi people.
Mission The mission of ZDF is to ensure safety and peace in Zogam and among the Zomi people. It aims to collaborate and work together with various local and overseas Zomi organizations. The goal is to raise $10 million from the Zomi communities worldwide to develop Zogam.

Integrity ZDF is committed to upholding integrity and honesty in all its endeavors to ensure the well-being of the Zomi people and Zogam. It aims to foster trust and transparency in its operations.
Urgency ZDF plans to coordinate with Zomi faith-based organizations to address urgent humanitarian needs. It aims to disseminate Zogam’s urgent needs to the Zomi people and act swiftly to address them.
Accountability ZDF will ensure continuous monitoring of its works, fundraising, and financial management. It aims to implement tangible projects and to keep the public informed about its activities.
Innovation ZDF is dedicated to avoiding gossip, conflicts, and negative actions. It aims to address issues related to the Zomi people by soliciting ideas, news, and thoughts from the Zomi community for reunification and to act in line with current trends.
Passion ZDF is committed to working hard and accepting corrections from the Zomi general public. It aims to support and stand together with the Zomi people in education, skills, and wealth to achieve success with passion.
Inclusion ZDF respects diverse thoughts and aims to combine common denominators to work together to develop the Zomi people and Zogam with like-minded individuals.
